All prices and charges displayed on this site are shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£) All costs and delivery charges are displayed clearly in your shopping basket prior to you submitting your order. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant (ShoreThing Online). Cancellations You must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Delivery We will aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days within the UK mainland. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. As we use external delivery companies of whom we have no control we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Delivery Costs: - UK - FREE Shipping International - FREE Shipping Returns Policy All our products are checked for quality before they are dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods to inform us that you want to return a product. All Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Faulty/Damaged Item: - If the goods received are faulty or have been damaged during transit then we will exchange them free of charge and refund the return delivery costs. We require the faulty /damaged goods be returned to us along with the original packaging so that we can inspect the damage. Unwanted Item: - If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in the original packaging within 7 days from the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (The original delivery and return delivery costs are payable by the customer).
